“As the label says goodbye to the year 2012 and welcomes both DJ Kari P and the year 2013, Nde’feyo will be hosting DJ Kari P’s welcome Party at Dorvic Hotel in Blantyre on Tuesday, 1st January, 2013. Apart from his DJ performance, the celebration will have urban music performances by the label’s own dancehall rising star Trumel as well as Blantyre-based hip-hop, dancehall and R&B artists including Tweeza, Tanaposi (fresh from Kenya), Yesaya, FFT, Zeze, Akadaulo and many more,” said Kimpho Loka the label’s communications manager.

He said this is one of the shows Nde’feyo will host to unearth and uplift the hidden talent as well as give the platform to the young, up-and-coming Malawian musicians and DJs to showcase their talent.

“We believe that Malawi has a pool of talented young males and females but they lack the right platforms and facilities to develop their capacity,” said Loka.
