New Jerusalem Choir clocks 40

The Lilongwe CCAP New Jerusalem Choir celebrated 40 years of existence last Sunday.

The choir celebrated its Ruby Jubilee under the theme “Ebenezer; Thus how far the Lord has helped us.”

Moderator of the Nkhoma CCAP Synod Dr Rev Chatha Sangayambe said the choir has brought spiritual transformation to the synod He advised choirs to desist from pride and adultery.

New Jerusalem Choir has 30 members under the directorship of Richard Kamphinda and upcoming conductors Ben Msinkhu, Donnavan Katsulukuta and Keffa Katsulukuta.
