According to South Africa’s leading soccer magazine Kick-off the team, described as the most prestigious and authoritative team, is selected by a team of respected journalists based on performances of the last round of fixtures.

Ng’ambi has risen to become the heartbeat of the team’s midfield since he moved to the premiership side from Black Leopards about three years ago.

He appears in central midfield of a 4-4-2 formation alongside Conrad Madolo of United FC, Lyle Lakay of Bloemfontein Celtic and Bryce Aka of African Warriors.—Mana
