Oriental close gap in CR Pool League

League debutants Oriental at the weekend collected four points to close the gap with leaders Sunset in the Central Region Pool league (CRPL).
On Saturday, they held Sunset to a six-all draw while on Sunday they secured full points after beating Michigan 8-4.
With four points from a possible six, they have risen to position two from position three on the standings.
They tie on points with Sunset (16 points) from a similar number of games played.
However, Oriental have an inferior goal aggregate of 10.
Siege and Zero Degrees drew 6-6 against on Saturday.
On Sunday, Siege beat Adventured 7-5, to take position three.
From eight games, they have four wins; three draws and a single defeat, which translates to 15 points.
