Osman confirmed the development, but the Nomads general secretary David Kanyenda was, however, elusive on the issue when contacted.

Said Osman: “I can confirm that in principle we have agreed on a deal and I will start once the contract that is being prepared is finalised; otherwise, we have agreed on the terms and other things.”

But Kanyenda said as at now, Felix Fosiko is in charge of the team with the assistance of Albert ‘Kika’ Mpinganjira.

“I will reiterate here that the issue of hiring another coach is secondary. Our focus is on the caretaker coaches that we have to prepare for the weekend game.

“Look Garry, the thing is, we are not desperate to hire a coach. The team is in capable and mature hands of ‘Sir’ Fosiko. Fodya ndi uyo ali pamphuno, wapachala ndi wa mphepo,” said Kanyenda.
