In an interview on Sunday, chairperson of the organising committee for the show Dyghton Mbewe said the show is organised to celebrate and thank God for the New Year.

“It is not like any other show.  This is a special gospel show aimed at moving the heart of God through dance and worship. We will also have a 45- minute preaching,” said Mbewe.

He said part of the collections from the show will be used to help those in prison.

“As we enter a new year, we will have the welfare of the needy at heart. As such, on 2nd January we will visit Mzuzu Prison to share the gospel of Jesus Christ,” he said.
