The MPs took turns to salute the Flames after Youth and Sports Minister Enoch Chakufwa Chihana raised the issue on a lighter moment.

Said Chihana: “Mr. Speaker Sir, the House is out of order for not congratulating the Flames for beating Chad on Saturday.”

In response, the Speaker Henry Chimunthu Banda said: “We would like to congratulate the Flames for beating Chad 2-0.”

Other MPs also took turns to pat the Flames on the back.
