Urban music artist Evance Zangazanga, commonly known as Piksy, has said he looks forward to the year 2013 with a DVD album launch and second album.

Piksy, who recently collaborated on a love song Ndiwe with Code Sangala, now called C-O, said the Christmas Day release could provide a breakthrough for him on the international scene.

“It is a great thing when another big artist approaches you [to feature in their song]. I just had to jump at the opportunity and it’s a nice song, it’s going to help me also because Code already has an international audience,” said Piksy.

He said in 2013, he will launch the Maso DVD and work on a second album under Nde’feyo Entertainment.

Piksy launched Maso in August 2012 and it has since been enjoying airplay on local radios. So far, only one video from the album was released.

Ndiwe launches C-O’s solo journey into the music scene after releasing songs with his brother Shadre as Kapirintiya.

On Christmas Day, C-O released two singles Ndiwe and Want More in which he collaborated with Tay Grin and Dyce.

In earlier interviews, C-O indicated the album, Solo, will be out mid next year and that he will work on more collaborations both locally and internationally to add more voices.
