When his song Unamata was released on Reverbnation, it went viral. It became an instant hit and anthem.
As he launches his new album on Saturday, Piksy-born Evans Zangazanga-has revealed he is nervous but promises his fans the best album since urban music started in Malawi.
â€œI actually feel nervous, itâ€™s like the feeling you get when getting married,â€ said the ever smiling Piksy who is single.
His love Gladys Kumbatira fully supports his endevours.
He said he knows how one feels when getting married from being with his brother and other friends.
â€œFans should expect the best album of the year, in fact the best album since urban music came to Malawi,â€ he said.
Currently, Unamata is shaking the airwaves. Ponya Mwendo and Appetiser are other tracks from the album enjoying downloads at music sites such as Reverbnation.
The album features artists such as Mibawa Band vocalist John Katsokwe Jnr aka Jay Jay, George Mkandawire, Dan Lu and Armstrong.
