Police recover stolen items in Zomba

Police in Zomba recently confiscated items suspected to have been stolen and arrested 33 people in connection with the property.

Eastern Region Police deputy public relations officer Thomeck Nyaude on Monday said the items are worth K1.7 million. They include television screens, amplifiers, a generator and car radios, among others.

The items, (in the picture) whose owners are yet to identified, are being kept at Zomba Police Station.—Joy Khakona, Correspondent
