Last weekÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s article on making pumpkin seed flour which can be used to enrich vegetables and other foods was another hit for our family. We even used the flour to enrich our porridge and were pleasantly surprised by the nutty aroma it gave off! I initially made a little bit just to test the waters but will definitely be making a lot more flour for storage next week.
