Rachel Sikwese inspirational

I read with great interest Rachel Sikwese’s interview and realised I am not the only one who has jumped from one career to another, still hoping to find the niche of my career. But I want to blame it all on the kind of training that we go through here in Malawi.

After being exposed to what other young adults go through in their countries, the type of training they’re given to prepare them for the real world, I feel there’s need to change our curriculum and provide services that can ably match a child’s talents and personality with a career.

With such problems, we will not have people training as nurses when they don’t want to. That’s my take.

Gillian, Zomba.
