Rev Khuzeya bids farewell to Thundu CCAP

Reverend McDonald Khuzeya last Sunday bade farewell to Thundu CCAP congregation in Bangwe Township, which he has served for two years.

In his farewell speech during a church service presided over by Blantyre City Presbytery clerk Reverend Baxton Maulidi, Reverend Khuzeya thanked God for the time he spent at the church. He urged the congregation to remain united and work together to achieve meaningful development.

Speaking on behalf of Thundu congregation, session clerk Andrew Mtupanyama asked Rev Khuzeya to continue serving well the flock at his next station.

In a sermon, during the church service, themed ‘Unity’ taken from Psalm 85: 1-13 and 2 Corinthians 5: 11-21, Blantyre City Presbytery vice-moderator Reverend David Moyo preached about peace, which he said was what Jesus Christ died for on the cross at Calvary. n
