Road accident claims 2 in CZ

Two people have died and one is admitted to St Joseph’s Mission Hospital at Nguludi in Chiradzulu after being involved in a road accident on Saturday at Chisombezi Bridge, a few kilometres after Nguludi Turn-Off. Limbe Police Station deputy spokesperson Pedzisai Zembeneko said the accident involved a truck registration MG 460X and a minibus registration SA 3365. He said according to the lorry’s driver Willard Mangochi ,45, he experienced break failure, and collided with the minibus before swerving and plunging into the river. Two people died, one from the lorry identified as Frank Mpheru, 26, from Kakhuta Village,Traditional Authority ( T/A) Likoswe in Chiradzulu and the other from the minibus identified as Rhoda Namakuwa,35.
