They also shared the word of God with the patients, spiced up by hymns.

Adventist youth leader comrade Michael Makombola said they decided to take the youth choir to the hospital to appreciate how fellow youths are suffering and to understand the other side of life.

“Our main aim is to teach these youngsters to grow up with a thanksgiving spirit. We have brought with us sugar, soap and lotion. We urge other church groups to also start thinking about cheering patients, especially the youth in hospitals,” said Makombola.

The hospital authorities were thankful to the visiting youth choir for cheering fellow youths and sharing with them the word of God.

During the visit, Elder Zakalia Mbalati urged guardians of sick children to have faith in Jesus Christ. 
