Shadreck Wame’s suspected killer nabbed

Police have this morning arrested a suspect in the murder of renowned top evangelist, Shadreck Wame. The suspect, 28 year old Limbani Rabson Maliro was captured in Thyolo after a month- long manhunt following the gruesome murder.

National Police spokesperson James Kadadzera confirmed that Maliro,Wame’s househelp, has been identified as the principal suspect in the case and arrested after a vigorous investigation.

Police will interrogate the suspect further to find out if he had an accomplice.

Wame was born a Presbyterian in 1944, baptized in 1962 and became a born again Christian in 1966.
