The group leader, Pastor Nick Chakwera of Assemblies of God Church, whose group is aimed at sensitising women against abortion, said the show will start at 11am.

“We decided that the show should be free so that everyone can attend. While we, as Christians, want to celebrate with our mothers, we want also to use the podium to sensitise women on the bad side of abortion. Much as the show is free, well-wishers can come and assist us with finances to meet costs,” said Chakwera.

The show will attract gurus in music circles such as Kamuzu Barracks, Mlaka Maliro, Ndirande Anglican Voices, Faith Mussa, Violet Dumba, Maggie Mangani, Rudo Chakwera, Bernadetta Mlaka Maliro, Reverend Chimwemwe Mhango, Sam Mjura Mkandawire and United for Worshipers.

To spice up the show, there will be several children’s games such as jumping castles, slides, swimming pool plus food and drinks. n
