Masamba engages Jeremiah Nakathila in a four-round junior lightweight fight while Makawa and Mahilasi take on Walter Kautondokwa and Paulinus Paulus in eight-round and four-round middleweight bouts respectively.

Kamanga, in his debut international fight, faces Simon Johannes in a bantamweight six-rounder.

Gogodo and Kachiza battle it out against Wilberforce Shihepo and Abimelek Shindjuu in eight-round light-heavyweight and six-round junior bantamweight fights in that order.

According to No Pain No Gain chief executive officer Craig Rousseau, Masamba has replaced fellow Malawi Defence Force (MDF) boxer Chrispin Moliati, who did not make it.

Mahilasi has replaced Aubrey Masamba, who got knocked out in Zambia last weekend.

“We have confidence in the boxers we have sent to Namibia. They have been training hard for the past two weeks and we know they will make the country proud,” Rousseau said.

Among the six boxers that are set for tomorrow’s showdown, only Wilson Masamba belongs to No Pain No Gain stable, but Rousseau said they are giving other local stables opportunities to give their boxers international exposure.

Last weekend, Limbani Masamba knocked out Namibian undefeated champion Alfeus Shilongo in the second round of an eight-round non-title bout. n
