Kalua: Embark on businesses that will benefit future generations

He said: “Most employees do not think about business and when they retire, life becomes a challenge for them.

“This is the first training.  We plan to reach 200 employees who are about to retire so that they have a retirement plan.”

RH Associates Consulting managing partner and lead consultant Harrison Kalua challenged employees to come up with businesses that will benefit them and future generations.

“Whether you like it or not, you will not work forever. So, you need to learn business skills,” he said.

Another consultant, Telita Chitsulo, advised those venturing into business to learn to manage stress, saying some challenges in business are life-threatening.
