Soche Christ the King Anglican Church in Blantyre has organised a week-long revival crusade at Mlambalala Primary School ground from May 17 to 24 2015.
The church’s priest-in-charge, Reverend Father Patrick Mapundula, said on Wednesday that the crusade has been organised for both Anglicans and non-Anglicans.

“The crusade has been organised to preach the Gospel of Christ not only to the church, but even to those outside the church as commanded by Jesus in the Book of Matthews 28:19. This is the reason it was agreed to hold this year’s meeting on an open ground,” said Rev Mapundula.
He said the theme of the crusade is ‘The power of the Holy Spirit’.
“The revival will have two main guest speakers—Evangelist Robert Aiweni from the Anglican Diocese of Upper Shire in Zomba, ministering from May 17 to 22 and Rev Father Geoffrey Jonasi from Anglican Diocese of Lake Malawi, who will minister on May 23 and 24. We will have morning and afternoon sessions so that we accommodate everyone,” said Rev Mapundula.
