Time to move on, time to move forward.

Standard Bank has said it will again provide an opportunity for its customers to choose where they want the finals of its K20 million (about $240 000) Knock-Out Cup to be staged.

The financial institution’s head of marketing Linda Kachingwe-Sisya said the voting lines are open in all their branches.

“Existing customers are entitled to vote after transacting and new customers are also entitled to vote each time they transact in our branches,” said Kachingwe-Sisya.

She also said voting runs until September 26 and in between, Standard Bank will continuously update the public on the progress.

Further to that, Kachingwe-Sisya also said journalists are encouraged to take part in this year’s media competition which will see two best journalists [one each from print and electronic media] win a fully-sponsored trip to watch one game during next year’s continental showpiece—the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations—in South Africa.

“Journalists are therefore requested to profile their Knock-Out coverage and submit their portfolios not later than October 5.

“The portfolios will be used for the selection of the winning journalists,” said Kachingwe-Sisya.
