Other surprise inclusions in the squad are Amos Khamula (Airborne Rangers), Chikoti Chirwa (Red Lions) Tizgobele Kumwenda (Silver Strikers) and Pilirani Zonda (Big Bullets), who was a late inclusion.

Flames coach Young Chimodzi, who leaves today for Lusaka with his charges, has hope in the new brigade that it can deliver the goods.

“In defence, we have the usual players but in striking force we do not have players we can rely on in the event that the foreign-based players are absent. The likes of Sulumba are doing well. Coming from a small team, he has a lot to learn and the good thing is that he is willing to learn,” Chimodzi said yesterday.
