TNM outsources Zampira predictions

Topflight Super League sponsors TNM Plc has outsourced the match results prediction aspect of the fan interactive Zampira Promotion for the 2021 season.

Though Zampira will still run this season, football fans will no longer be asked to predict match outcome and win prizes.

TNM brands communication manager Limbani Nsapato confirmed the development in an interview during the week.

He said: “For this season we have partnered a firm that will be responsible for running match outcomes predictions.

“We launched the initiative but it didn’t t really take off because it was just before the TNM Super League was suspended due to Covid-19 second wave.”

Nsapato however, assured that Zampira Promotion will still be available but now with a different approach.

“Zampira Promotion is still available. It’s only the prediction side that has been outsourced to a separate firm,” he said.

TNM is expected to revamp the initiative once football resumes.

 Launched in 2017, Zampira Promotion has seen football fans winning various prizes after predicting weekly results and the season’s champion to the number 1515.

In the first year of the promotion TNM splashed 50 000 weekly prizes with the ultimate winner getting K1.5 million.

In 2020, two lucky winners watched a Uefa Champions League match between Real Madrid and in Spain courtesy of Zampira Promotion.
