One of the UK’s biggest international parties lands in the City of Blantyre this weekend with its first ever bash at Blue Elephant.

Today’s music will be the toast of the day when Carlsberg Chill DJ Champion DJ Maya, Kenny Klips of FM 101 and BBC Radio 1xtra Resident DJ Kenoree will be joined by Piksy in entertaining people.

“Dubbed Afro Jam party in the UK, we are bringing the fun to Malawians first in Blantyre with Lilongwe next as we are working on the venue,” said one of the organisers DJ Maya.

There are special attractions lined up aimed at making people get more fun at the end of the day, according to the organisers.

“Ladies will enter for free before 11pm, free mixtapes done by local DJs upon entry before midnight and free shots of Tequila upon entry as well as much more goodies,” he said.
