Universal Industries Limited has introduced KambaCheez balls on the local market.

According to Universal Industries Limited business development manager Titus Kateya, the confectionery manufacturer has, for the first time in Malawi, introduced cheese flavoured snacks in round munchy balls.

“We have introduced this new product on top of the popular Kamba snacks in curls and rings. This is an extension of the ever popular range of snacks that every household is sure of its consistent quality. They are packed in attractively designed blue and red metallic packs to retain freshness whenever the pack is opened,” he said.

Kateya said currently, there are no locally made Cheese balls in Malawi and that the product will be sold locally and in the regional markets.

The KambaCheez balls are baked and not fried and, therefore, provide a healthy alternative to snack lovers and are conveniently packed in small units to ensure that many people have access to the product.

Kateya encouraged people to incorporate the KambaCheez ball in their parties, birthdays, wedding anniversaries or any other social gathering because they are available in all leading shops in Malawi.
