WRCI lays foundation stone

Malawi’s Wings of Revival Church International (WRCI) on Sunday laid a foundation stone at the site of their new church in Chilomoni Blantyre.

It was a day to remember for the church since they have being congregating at Mulunguzi Primary school for over four years now.

According to the founder of the church, Pastor Rex Sambani, the church through fundraising managed to raise K800 000 (about $3 200) which has been used to buy the land.

“The church started in 2008 on 20 January. By then we were only few people. We have sourced some funds for the project.

“Many people helped us a lot and we are seeing the hand of the Lord,” said Sambani who described it as the growth of the church.

The church has eight branches, four in Malawi and four in Mozambique.
