Malawi’s capital, Lilongwe, enters a singular party mood Friday night in a glitzy gathering to mark the countdown to the launch of Armstrong’s first album under Nde’feyo Entertainment.

According to the record label, the road to the unveiling of Ndele begins at Zanzi Bar where the artist will interact with his fans amid a music blast.

The pre-party will feature DJ Scarper and DJ Kari P on the decks, reads a press statement signed by Nde’feyo co-director Ken Ziwa Limwame.

However, Armstrong will officially release his much-anticipated album in a concert at Sunbird Capital Hotel Marquee on Sunday afternoon.

Since the release of his BrB Mixtape early this year, Armstrong has become a domestic hit both on show and on air.

Restating that a rolling stone gathers no moss, the cover track Ndele is an embodiment of enduring but blossoming love.

Other performers at the launch include Lucius Banda, Biriwiri, Piksy, Tay Grin, Wendy Harawa, Trumel and Maziko Band.
