In an exclusive interview at Cinderella Night Club where his band staged a late night-show Saturday night ahead of the release of his new album Time, ZMC director, Lucius Banda, said it is his desire to give his fans a variety, hence, the search for new talent to showcase in their yet-to-be released video.

Banda, said his desire is to give room to the undiscovered and idle talented artists to realise their goal.

“I can assure you that the new DVD will be very marvellous to watch because we’ll bring in the undiscovered talents to give our fans maximum entertainment,” he said without disclosing when the video will be released.

Although the Cinderella show was poorly patronised, Banda managed to identify two potential dancers; Tiwonge Mwafulirwa and Benadetta Kalumo.

However, Mwafulirwa is the only one who expressed her total willingness to join the band as a dancer.

Mwafulirwa, who works at Platoon Bar did not hide her enthusiasm on the prospects of featuring in the video Zembani Band is currently working on.

“I’m very eager to join even now. In fact, I’ve already submitted all my contact details to the band manager for consideration and I hope they will pick me,” she said.

But Kalumo, who refused to disclose her occupation, said she could not join because her parents and kins at Dzenza would not approve of her wriggling on the screens.
