Zodiak launches family show in Mzuzu
Are you a fun-loving family of four members and have brains? Well, you are just the right match for Zodiak Broadcasting Station’s (ZBS) television programme Family Brain Showdown.
Speaking at the launch of the TV programme at the Grand Palace Hotel in Mzuzu on Saturday, ZBS managing director Gospel Kazako said Family Brain Showdown, which will give an opportunity to families to showcase their talents, will be full of fun and informal.
“Let us put challenges aside and be happy,” Kazako said.
He said the winning family will win a K5 million (US$10 000) cash prize.
Kazako tipped the families willing to contest to ensure that they do not have a weak link and know each other well.
“It does not have to be a father, mother and their two children; you can incorporate your nieces, nephews provided it is a family of four members,” he said.
Application forms are available in all ZBS offices in the regions and Grand Palace Hotel for Mzuzu residents.
Regional winners will proceed into the national finals where they will showcase their talents—solving puzzles, brain teasers, current affairs, history, mathematics and religion, among others.
